DECORATE THE BABY BANK TREE

As a part of the decoration for the tree in Bethany Chapel, this year we are once again asking members of the congregation to provide items which can be hung on the tree which will, later, be delivered to the local Baby Bank at the First Baptist Church in Painted Post.  Always in demand are items including pacifiers, small rattles or other toys, teething rings, one-sies, bibs and other small items.  While not as elaborate as the gold, frankincense and myrrh which the Wise Men offered to the baby Jesus, these “gifts” will help families with children from birth to age 1. This collection will conclude on the Sunday after Epiphany, in 2026 on January 11.

Sunday Service will be held in the Chapel starting Sunday November 9th at 10 AM. 

New office hours. Please note the following change to office hours. Starting today Monday June 24th the office will be open Mondays 8:30- 3PM and Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

MITTEN TREE

Each year we decorate a Christmas tree outside of the church office with warm winter mittens, gloves, hats, and scarves, which are then given to the children in the head start program.  Please bring in new or gently used items for the tree and help keep a child. Tree will be up outside of the church office from December 1st through December 31.  Please bring your donations during service or during office hours to hang on the tree.
